It's officially winter. Since photography tends to slow down during this time of year, I always give myself sometime to reflect, reenergize and spend the weekends that I missed with my family. It is also during this time that I try to take some risks and be a little more creative. I always have had a goal of coordinating at least one styled shoot a year with the goal of being published. In 2020, I had the opportunity to be published several times and I'm so thankful I had such a great group of people that helped me recreate magic.

I'm also surrounded by several very talented photographers that love to do the same and let me join in on the fun. My fellow photographer and good friend Sheena (Sheena Anne Photography) recruited one of her high school senior clients to model this ice blue couture gown. Major props to Kailey for keeping it together that afternoon, as temperatures dropped to near-freezing. She was a Cinderella lost in the world of Snow White. Two fairytales collided to fuel this mood. But perhaps we should include the Kingdom of Arendelle? I am getting some "frozen fractals all around" kinda-vibe as well!

Enjoy some of my favorites below.
