Some of the most heartfelt moments during my second pregnancy came from my son's excitement for his baby brother's arrival. How your priorities and opinions change when you are experiencing the miracle of life for the second time. Two different pregnancies, two totally different kids, but one huge love that we share.
Seeing Claire's excitement and sheer joy about her baby brother or sister brought me back to those times. She even explained to me that "there was a baby in there!".... after she showed me her brand new shoes! Hey, who doesn't show off their new shoes?
A best friend for life. A companion; a partner in crime. You will be a great big sister, Claire!
